TT's Offices are Renewed by Van Gogh Museum's Designer

Turk Telekom opened its renewed offices in the scope of "office improvement program" initiated within the frame of transformation plan. Renewed 41 offices countrywide were opened yesterday.

The opening of seven offices in six cities was realized at the same time with video connection in a ceremony attended by Turk Telekom CEO Paul Doany in the new office in Istanbul Kucukyali.

TT's improvement program covers all Turk Telekom offices in Turkey. The renewed 41 offices are visited by 2 million customers monthly on average.

Within the scope of the project, all operations performed in the offices from customer contact to receiving orders, evaluation of complaints and solution of bill objections have been analyzed in order to ensure the best customer experience. Required designs were made in line with these analyses and the trainings of over 1500 employees were planned.

Speaking in the opening ceremony, Paul Doany said, "In the increasing competitive environment in which we continue increasing our infrastructure investments and improving our network performance and service supply methods, it is very crucial for us to reach the target of achieving the highest customer satisfaction with superior service quality."

QuA Designed for Porsche, too

In the design of Turk Telekom offices, consultancy was received from the world famous design workshop QuA. QuA is a Dutch design company centred in Amsterdam, having designs for many leading brands of the world in several sectors from heavy industry to automotive, communication and fashion. The portfolio of QuA includes office designs for Porsche, corporate identity and directing graffic designs for Van Gogh Museum, and interior architectural design of MTV Dutch Offices.
