The house of Pon is the head office of both the divisions Pon Automotive and Pon Equipment & Power Systems. It is being built on the campus in Almere and will be ready in the third quarter of 2009.

Pons’ history as a family owned business and the characteristic of the head office as control room of its divisions and products, have been the starting point for the design of both architecture and interior. The design refers both to a mansion, with its driveway, its ceremonious entrance, wings that house private chambers and to an aircraft carrier; showing all its products as a solid machine.
Because the terrain of the campus lies far below sea level, the first floor is situated on 0 NAP (sea level).
The building stands on columns and connects to the ground with a ramp. The ramp functions both as driveway for visitors and as platform for Pons’ products.
