Ebcon is a constructor of fiber-optic networks. There are two divisions to the company, Ebcon networks and Ebcon components. There was a need for a new corporate identity. Within three weeks the identity was to be presented at a trade fair in New York. Within the following six weeks, corporate literature would need to be printed at locations in several continents. You only have a few minutes to make an impression. Therefore we started making a short film of 1.4 minutes to be used at the trade fair. The film shows the development of connections/contacts between people and the complexity of the topic. The need for speed by cable to transfer film and music. All information is in the cable. The film therefore has a cable structure, the website and even the brochures' basic colors (cmyk) cyan and yellow are used in combination with black to ensure the same quality and color in several continents. Computer servers were installed with all information about the corporate identity and sent out to the different locations. |
