The concept that has been developed for the new corporate brochure for Shell Gas en Power is a visualisation the complete value chain of this part of Shell. The story starts with a little drop of gas in the earth and ends with the gas being used by an end consumer. The new design for this brochure is an important part of an overall review of Shell Gas & Power's visual identity, which was finished in May 2006.
The concept resulted in a 24 page brochure, that mainly consists of fullspread images, each visualising one part of the Gas & Power value chain. The photography shows the size, scope and geographical reach of Gas & Power’s business activities. The images are supported by short pieces of text that outline the story behind Shell Gas & Power. These texts, which are visual mix of classic and modern fonts, form together an integral part of the composition with the imagery. |
