Shell  is a global leader in energy solutions. QuA was asked to create a new internal communications strategy that would connect with the wide audience of a global brand. The project included workshops, interviews, communication design for a variety of material, and photography and text writing briefings.

As part of the project we created a magazine that had a very 'consumer' feel, with new photography, and input and articles from existing employees, former employees, and clients.

The project began with a re-defining of the corporate values of Shell, and a simplification of the global graphic brand identity.
