We travel across europe in the new 911 to take photos for porsche showrooms. We’ve had worse jobs…
Very important – working out how to use the radio. A lunch stop in the Alps.
Moving on up through Switzerland. On top of the Alps. Down the other side, through northern Italy. A night stop in Turin.
We had to fool the Italians by rebranding our car.
Next day it’s lake Como. It was too windy to hire a seaplane…
so we take the boat. Damn hard work.
It’s back towards Switzerland, the Stelvio pass, where they filmed ‘Goldfinger’.
It starts raining, so after 5 days on tour, we drive back to Amsterdam.
